Born and raised in Penhas Juntas, she intends to take the name of her land to the whole Portugal. Sónia is known for being a born strategist, with great ease in solving problems. She is also very dedicated to her customers and is the calm force of this partnership. With over 19 years of experience in the area of Project Management and training, Sónia takes her knowledge in all areas of the Penhas project.

Always elegant and energetic, there is no comma or euro that escapes Karma! With a degree in Management from the International University, Carma has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of training, financial management and commercial management. Our Flaviense de gem (also an in-house fashion consultant at Penhas), moves mountains so that the numbers match and when the matter is serious, everyone has to take her seriously! We can't say that there aren't two people like Karma, because she has a twin sister! In her daily life, she is an expert in doing magic with numbers and no one can resist her fetched stories that make you laugh a lot.
Training Technician & Specialist consultant
Graduated in Sports and with a Minor in Sports Management, Paulo is a real box of surprises. Calm, assertive and with a keen sense of humor, he is a regular mountain biker. With a consolidated experience in the area of training and recently in pedagogical coordination, Paulo masters the platforms of this craft in detail. Multitasking could be one of his nicknames, since one of his several missions in Penhas involves the development of the tourist activities and events department, which will be a lot to talk about in 2022!?!
We have multidisciplinary teams in various parts of the country and guarantee a permanent presence in strategic locations. This physical presence is complemented by the active involvement of partnerships in the regions where we operate: North, Centre, Alentejo and Lisbon.
