PENHAS' activities are structured in three domains that allow it to provide a unique set of activities and services:
The accentuated demands in terms of quality and adequacy of training interventions pointed out by society, particularly by organizations, suggest the use of new ways of thinking and organizing learning opportunities and skills development.
Effectively and in search of efficiency, we design training solutions adjusted to the needs of the respective target audiences, enhancing the necessary skills for an active participation in the work and life contexts of citizens.
In order to provide a concrete response to specific needs conveyed by organizations, we designed:
• Identifying the critical skills to be developed
• Formulating the learning objectives to be achieved according to the output profile intended by the for recipientes;
• Listing the contents to be addressed (always in a practical and and utilitarian perspective);
• Adapting training and assessment methodologies to the nature of the action.
The training design is planned for the following variables:
• In person in the room;
• In person on job (consultancy);
• Practical training in a work context;
• Alternately (in the classroom and in the work context);
• At a distance e-learning;
• At a distance b-learning.
The preparation of applications is one of the main activities of the team that has been monitoring the different community frameworks and has adapted to new requirements, trends, programs and languages.
We make applications for Associations, Cooperatives, Companies, IPSS and others, using the various funding support programs that exist within the scope of community support frameworks.
The following are fundamental requirements for the success of our Clients' Projects:
• Verification of compliance with all company and of project eligibility requirements;
• The framing of the projects and investiment expenditures in the appropriate incentive system (s);
• Elegibility validation of all investiment expenses;
• Building a robust and winning candidacy.
Tourism and the development of the territory emerge as a business sector of PENHAS and business support for our partners through the specialized technical support of the entities in the perspective of attracting public and private investment and management of their support instruments.
The project also intends to increase the importance of the biodiversity of the regions and populations, as well as the crucial and necessary collaboration of any and all public and private institutions in the social, territorial and economic development sustainability based on social responsibility.
